As a Certified Professional Life Coach and trauma-informed trainer, my life has always revolved around serving people. I view this as a calling, which has had a great influence on my personal and social life and has trickled down to my authorship and entrepreneurial journey.
While serving people can be draining, I find it remarkably fulfilling and most rewarding, especially when I successfully coach, train, empower, and challenge people to turn their lives around, shift perspective, and live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
I am a proud HBCU graduate with a degree in Psychology. Throughout the years, I've accumulated knowledge, skills, and experience in organizational change, trauma-informed practices, training & development, and coaching.
Lately, I've found comfort in coaching & holding space for mothers. Coaching mothers can be a rewarding and transformative experience. Whether it's helping mothers find balance in their lives, build stronger relationships with their children, or pursue their passions and careers, coaching can be a powerful tool for creating positive change. I provide a safe and supportive space for mothers to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain clarity and insight, and develop strategies for moving forward. Through my coaching, I help mothers tap into their inner strength, resilience, and wisdom, and empower them to create the life they desire.
